  • Further scraping and cleaning of the concrete slab in front of Building 240
  • The porta-potty was moved from the central courtyard

Issues with mail delivery to Building 244

Council is aware of access issues affecting Building 244 for mail delivery. The mail carrier key is working with Building 240 and 248, but for some reason it has stopped working this past week in Building 244.

While the cause of the issue is investigated, please help out the mail carrier by letting her into the Building 244 lobby to deliver the mail. Mail delivery usually happens between 12–1 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Clearing of concrete slab adjacent to emergency repair area
  • Stripping of membrane from concrete slab next to Building 240
This area is nearly ready to have the old membrane stripped.
Stripping of old membrane has begun on this section of the visitor parking.

  • Pavers restored to more Building 240 patios
Visitor parking in front of Building 240 further cleared, removal of old membrane will likely start soon.
Storage of some pavers have been moved next to the C-can in the driveway.

  • Trees removed from planters adjacent to Building 240
  • Trees and waste removed from site
