Work done today:

  • Continued work on the sidewalk along the east edge of the parking lot
  • More gravel has been moved into the area in the north end of the parking lot
  • Some additional wooden beams have been cut to make them ready for placement
  • More pavers are being moved into the completed area as demolition of the central courtyard begins

Work done today:

  • Pavers placed along east side sidewalk by Building 240
  • Drainage mat and initial gravel placed on membrane on the north side of the visitor parking
  • Housekeeping (cleaning) of central courtyard and other areas in preparation for last stages of demolition
  • Weekly meeting held between SE, Prostar, property management and council
  • Further onsite meeting between SE, Prostar and council (represented by the president) to discuss and plan fixes for deficiencies and some misalignment issues

  • Paver installation extended further toward the entrance of Building 240
  • More pavers installed in the Phase 1 extension adjacent to Building 244
  • Some initial work on the sidewalk alongside the east side of Building 240

I noted numerous cases of misalignment across the site with regard to pavers, the new concrete curbs, wooden beams and planters. Since I don’t know if/how these issues will be fixed, I’ve chosen not to include the shots I took documenting them. But I do have shots!

Work done over the past two days:

  • Additional pavers install led near entrance of Building 244 and working toward the 240 building
  • More dirt placed in the emergency repair area
  • Gravel is being compacted in the Phase 1 extension
  • A polymer joint compound is being poured over installed pavers, to help provide waterproofing by filling gaps between the pavers

Work done today:

  • Further extension of pavers in parking lot around the planter by the emergency repair area
  • Initial placement of pavers are being installed on Building 244 sidewalk along south side
  • Soil has been brought in and distributed in most areas where grass will be located

Most of the south side of the parking lot has had pavers restored. It’s hard to see in this photo, but the pavers gently slope toward the drain.
