Work done today:

  • Sidewalk pavers re-instated in emergency repair area.
  • Many of the pavers on patios in the emergency area have been re-instated, with pedestals being used in place of what were previously wooden beams.
  • Some initial re-instatement of the parking lot pavers along the sidewalk in the Phase 1 extension.

Work done today:

  • Sand and soil are being placed in the emergency repair area.
  • Some patio pavers have been put back in place in the same area.

Membrane work, June 17, 2026

Work done today:

  • Compacting of sand in the Phase 1 extension area.
  • Continued restoration of sidewalk pavers in Phase 1 area.
  • Start of full re-instatement of planter adjacent to the 248 building.
  • Cutting and placement of more wooden beams in the emergency repair area.

Membrane work, June 15, 2026

Workers onsite: At least 4-6

Work done today:

  • Sand is being laid in the Phase 1 extension area. This is the final step before pavers are put back.
  • Aeration (drainage) mat and root barrier are being installed in the emergency repair area.
  • Additional work was done to address deficiencies and unfinished parts of the emergency area.
  • New wooden beams, part of the architectural detail, have been brought in for both areas.

In addition, the bi-weekly onsite meeting took place between all parties:

  • Strata Engineering
  • Prostar
  • Copperstone Council (represented by the President and Vice President)
  • Quay Pacific was not able to attend

Issues with site safety and storage were discussed and addressed. As part of this, all material on the easement facing Brunette Avenue has been removed.
