Speaking of updates, Prostar has had people onsite and working since May 4, 2026. Here is an update on what has been finished in that 3+ month period:

  • The Phase 1 extension is incomplete
  • The emergency area is incomplete
  • The Stage 3 area is incomplete
  • The patios are incomplete

Bonus:

  • The partial restoration of pavers in front of Building 244 is so out of alignment you get this:

  • Two of the Building 240 patios had membrane applied
  • Sealant was applied to two other patios
  • The last patio has not been worked on yet

Work done today:

  • Completion of application of sealant and membrane in the recently cleared concrete slab adjacent to Building 244.
  • Closure of access to Allen Street, except via fire door in Building 240, to allow for further membrane installation.

Notes:

  • The closure of pedestrian access to Allen Street is expected to last one week, per Prostar. As the closure and notice of the closure were given the same day, it was not possible to get advance word out to owners and other residents.

Work done today:

  • Sealant applied to most of the newly exposed concrete slab in the visitor parking adjacent to Building 244
  • Membrane installation continuing in the same general area
  • Initial work on the next set of patios, including removal of some Hardie planking
