Phase 1 Membrane Project, Day 11 (September 11, 2025)

Phase 1 Membrane Replacement Project

Project Mobilization Date: August 11, 2025
Work Start Date: August 28, 2025
Expected duration: 2–3 months
Primary contractor: Prostar https://prostar.ca/

Weather: 23C, sun and clouds

Work done today:

  • All remaining patios facing the retaining wall have had their pavers removed.
  • Core drilling was done to place holes for three new drains in the membrane area (see below for photos). These extend through to the underground parking below and will be connected to the pipe system.
  • Additional preparation was done for the upcoming concrete work.

Unfortunately, the equipment used for the drilling was plugged into an outlet on our patio and tripped the breaker, killing power in our unit.

Also, some trash was left behind that is not part of the construction project.
