Work done today:
A plumbing company and other workers spent time working on the new drains that were drilled, along with the piping underneath in the underground parking lot.
Not because we went around inside it spraying Febreze, but the vents that allow air in and out have been hosed down, allowing air to flow more freely. For good measure, the floor was hosed down, too.
Signs have been placed on the three dumpsters in the 244 garbage room, reminding the garbage removal company to fold the lids back when returning them to the garbage room. We’ll continue to monitor and follow up with the company if needed to make sure the bins remain easily accessible.

Work done today:
All remaining patios facing the retaining wall have had their pavers removed.
Core drilling was done to place holes for three new drains in the membrane area (see below for photos). These extend through to the underground parking below and will be connected to the pipe system.
Additional preparation was done for the upcoming concrete work.
Unfortunately, the equipment used for the drilling was plugged into an outlet on our patio and tripped the breaker, killing power in our unit.
Also, some trash was left behind that is not part of the construction project.
One of three new drain holes drilled. A painted line in the underground parking is visible through the hole.Additional plywood has been brought in. Some of the newly drilled holes can be seen. This belongs in the trash, not on our retaining wall.
