Prostar is apparently awaiting a Field Report from Strata Engineering to resume specific work. The patios are estimated to be 95% complete at this stage.

The biweekly onsite meeting took place with:

• Strata Engineering
• Prostar
• Copperstone Council, represented by the Vice President
• Quay Pacific had no representation (no reason given)

Prostar updated on plans moving forward:

• They hope to have the patios finished before the Christmas break.
• They hope to have some soil put back before the Christmas break.
• Work will continue until December 22, then resume on January 2, 2026.

Work done today:

• More work on completing installation of membrane on the five affected patios.
• Workers onsite: At least four.

• Membrane applied to concrete lip along affected patios.
• Membrane extended along the base of the 244 and 248 buildings and pillars.

Work done today:

• Membrane applied to the concrete slab behind the 244 building.
• Membrane applied to the lower area of the concrete slab between the 244 and 248 buildings, adjacent to the parking lot.
• Work to prepare for membrane to be extended up the base of the 244 and 248 buildings and pillars. This consisted of placing protective board, then affixing them in place with industrial nails/washers.
• Workers onsite: At least 4.

• Sweeping, cleaning and drying of the concrete slab behind the 2444 building.
• Primer applied to most of the area behind he 244 building, in preparation for membrane.
• Primer applied to lower area of concrete slab between the 244 and 248 buildings (next to the parking lot)
