UPDATE, February 22: It appears someone came onsite to put the cover plate on the south lamp post between the 244 and 248 buildings. I'm not sure when this happened, but it was within the past few days. See photo below, taken Sunday, February 22.
No work onsite today, pending decisions on remaining work.
