Work done today:

  • Continued work on applying primer and laying down membrane on the five affected patios on Building 244.
  • Workers onsite: At least two.

The following shot is of a crack repair behind the 244 building. While the concrete curb and other crack repairs were covered with plastic for several days after the work was done, this crack was left exposed. This shot, taken on November 14, shows how the crack is both partially submerged under standing water and how the Krten Krystol mixture is starting to flake off.

Work done today:

  • Work on the application of primer and membrane on patios has begun.
  • Workers onsite: At least three.
  • Strata Engineering also appeared to be onsite in the morning.
  • Other work may have been done, but I can’t confirm.

  • Delivery of at least five large cans of liquid material (possibly primer)

No work done today.

NOTE: The cracks in the concrete slab were repaired with Kryten Krystol compound. The material needs to cure/dry before the new membrane can be applied, so no work on the concrete slab will happen for what is likely to be at least a few more days, depending in part on the weather.
