The third biweekly status meeting took place. Attending were:

  • Prostar
  • Strata Engineering
  • Sub contractor reps
  • Copperstone Council, represented by the Vice President
  • Quay Pacific strata property manager

Prostar indicated all membrane should be removed by the end of this week.

Work done today:

  • Membrane removed from the area between 244 and 248 buildings.
  • Excavation done at edge of visitor parking adjacent to the above area. This also acts as a preview of the work that will be required for Phase 2.
  • Workers onsite: Between 3-5

NOTE: Currently work is not being done on Saturdays, though under city permit, it is allowed. I am including Saturdays to avoid confusion about what is happening on those days.

  • Completed removal of membrane from all patios that are part of Phase 1 (five total)
  • Tested equipment and did partial removal of membrane in open area
  • Workers onsite: At least three
