UPDATE, 1:37 p.m. Demolition is proceeding rapidly, with most pavers in the area now removed and stacked in the central courtyard.
I let the first Amazon delivery person in through the fire door--if you're expecting packages, check the 244 lobby!
I also let the mail carrier in, so mail delivery was unaffected today.
Prostar has promised to accommodate deliveries, etc. We'll see what happens after today.
I've also put up as much signage as possible redirecting people and advising where they can enter/exit the building.
Prostar has now closed off the main entrance to the 244 building to complete the Phase 1 extension work on the membrane project. See the map below for how to enter and exit the building during the closure.
Note that there is no official estimate on how long the work will take, as Prostar was asked by Strata Council to provide an estimate and refused.
Given their usual efforts, I would estimate up to two weeks, perhaps longer if there are delays for unforeseen reasons.
