• Additional work on finishing the metal flashing around the pillars and base of the 244 building.

NOTE: Work on the membrane project will be on hold over the Christmas holiday. It will resume on January 3, 2026, with completion of the project expected before the end of January.

Today was supposed to be the first day of the holiday break for Prostar, but workers were back onsite.

Work done today:

• Additional clean-up of area.
• Metal flashing applied along the base of the stone-clad pillars on the 244 building.
• Workers onsite today: At least five.

Work done today:

• More Allan blocks placed between the 244 and 248 buildings to re-establish the planters.
• The reglet cut along the concrete curb was widened to bring it up to spec.
• Gravel and other material were cleaned out of the four central parking spaces, meaning all parking stalls in visitor parking are again available.
• Workers onsite: At least five.

Work done today:

• Setting Allan blocks along the pavers for the sidewalk leading to the staircase. The blocks will form the planters that were previously located here.
• Added wooden beams around vertical pipes adjacent to the 248 building.
• Membrane material applied to concrete pads at the base of the staircase.
• Workers onsite: At least two.

Work done today:

• Steps on staircase to hospital path were reconnected to staircase.
• Metal flashing applied to the south wall of the 248 building.
• Wooden beams brought in, but not yet placed.
• A strip of gravel forming a base has poured between the 244 and 248 buildings, with the most of the pavers forming the sidewalk to the staircase laid on top.
• The large waste bin in the visitor parking lot has been removed.
• Workers onsite: At least four.
