Omicron started a bit late, but finished installing the new enterphones in all three buildings right on schedule.
A few items to note:
- Programming on all enterphones should be complete and matches what was in the system before
- Unit numbers are not shown, as before, just buzzer codes
- You can now buzz a unit by just tapping on the name, no need to enter the buzzer code
- On the other end, a recording will play giving the owner/resident options. To buzz someone in, you now press the asterisk key (*), not the number zero (0)
- I do not know what “PIN unlock” does
I’m assuming Omicron will provide more information on the operation of the units. I will post any new information if I get it.
