Work done today:
- Sand compacted in front of 244 main entrance
- Pavers restored in front of the 244 main entrance
- Partial removal of sidewalk/pavers from adjacent fire door to allow for completion of work in area
- Pedestrian access restored through main entrance via temporary “bridge” (see photos below)
Mail was delivered today after I again let in the postal worker, but with the main entrance open, deliveries, and guests will now be able to get in and out of the building as they normally would.
The work was actually completed a day earlier than anticipated, per the official Prostar notice.
There is no timeline yet on completion of the Phase 1 extension area, but I believe council has decisions to make regarding sloping and drains, which should happen soon.
