Phase 1 Membrane Replacement Project

The biweekly onsite meeting took place with:
- Strata Engineering
- Prostar
- Copperstone Council, represented by the Vice President
- Quay Pacific had no representation (no reason given)
Prostar updated on plans moving forward:
- They hope to have the patios finished before the Christmas break.
- They hope to have some soil put back before the Christmas break.
- Work will continue until December 22, then resume on January 2, 2026.
Work done today:
- More work on completing installation of membrane on the five affected patios.
- Workers onsite: At least four.
