Some drains have been covered with a root barrier cloth
Concrete curb has been covered with material to prevent water/debris getting into the soil that will sit over top of it
Sand/light soil has been applied to most of the area behind the 244 building, to just below the piping for the irrigation system. This will form the base layer on which the soil will be placed.

Stone (gravel) was placed around the ventilation shaft by the 244 building, and an aeration mat was also put in place, though it may not be resting on clean material (this may change, possibly)

A report on current work will be sent from council to owners soon.
NOTE: At today's meeting, Prostar claimed their absence over most of the previous week was to allow the irrigation team to complete their work.
