• At least one crack in the underground parkade ceiling was repaired using Kryton grout material.

• Remainder of wood forms for concrete curb placed, specifically behind and around the staircase.
• Concrete slab prepared along edge of 248 building for new membrane, with Kryten material applied.

Work done today:

• Cleaning of concrete slab and further removal of debris.
• Placement of the wood framing for the concrete curb to be installed along the retaining wall behind the 244 building.
• A replacement drain cored on the concrete slab between the 244 and 248 buildings to replace one that was drilled in a suboptimal location.
• Removal of lumber from the back of the 244 building to the central courtyard.
• Arrows spray-painted onto the concrete slabs to indicate cracks or other defects in the concrete.
• Emergency mastic applied to a duct on the concrete slab behind the 244 building, as membrane removal had resulted in water flowing into the ducting and down into a fan/heater in the underground parkade. This will be removed when the new membrane is applied.
• Workers onsite: At least four observed.

• Some preliminary work for the new replacement drains was apparently done in the 244 parkade early in the evening (plumbers were observed in the area).
