Phase 2 officially starts July 20, 2026

Main Entrance 244 Building
Started July 6, 2026

• Replacing membrane in entrance area
• Entrance closed July 6–9, 2026
• Entrance reopened on July 9, 2026

Emergency Repair Work
Started May 4, 2026

• Replacing membrane between 240
   and 244 buildings
• Pedestrian access to area is open

Completion of Phase 1
Started May 8, 2026

• Area in front of Building 244
• Fire door exit and main entrance open
