A quick update to note that down spouts that were damaged or missing pieces have now been replaced or repaired. Additionally, Hardie planking on the buildings and patios that got damaged during Phase 1 have been repainted.
This pretty much addresses the final issues on Phase 1, except for the placement of sod.
