No work onsite today.

I decided to take a walk along the newly-reopened path leading to the stairs and found a few things that stood out–not in a good way.

This corner is unfinished, for some reason.
This appears to be an electrical cable (possibly for the lamp posts) that is sitting on top of the pavers.
This fabric is drooping and seems to be only loosely held in place.
I’m not an electrician but I’m pretty sure exposed wires are not a good thing.
