Work done today:
- The first layer of membrane was applied to the concrete slab between the 244 and 248 buildings
- The area behind the 244 building was further cleaned/cleared, primarily using a leaf blower
- Strata Engineering was onsite, others may have been as well
- Workers onsite: At least two observed
